There are many home remedies and different things you can try
1. Take a walk about an hour or two before bed.
2. Drink a glass of warm milk.
3. Eat a banana before bed.

5. Don't snooze during the day if you are.
6. Try a new mattress or a different room.
7. If you try sleeping pills, cut back and try a home remedy.
8. Get stress out of your head if there is any and there probably is, we all have some.
9. Sound machines work for me the best or a noise maker like my air cleaner which is cleaning the air while I get to hear a white noise like sound from it. Set it on low first to try it out.
10. Is your pulse racing at night? Try taking in less caffeine or none for a while, try some herbal tea.
