Winter Afternoon Tea
As it gets colder, we instinctively crave warm drinks. This lovely tea blend is also a health-boosting drink for the whole family.

- 1 tsp. dried chamomile
- 1 tsp. dried mint
- 1 tsp. dried lavender
Step for making:
- Combine the herbs in your warmed tea pot
- Add 2 cups boiling water
- Steep for 5 minutes and strain
- Add 1 tsp. of honey to each cup of tea.
An herbal tea is made from anything other than the leaves of the tea bush.
