Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Blackberry leaves (Helps with sore throats)
  • 1 oz Elder flowers (Treat upper respiratory tract problems)
  • 1 oz Linden flowers (Reduces Fever)
  • 1 oz Peppermint leaves (Reduces nausea and helps asthma)

   To make:

  1. Pour 1 cup boiling water over 2 tbs mixture.
  2. Cover & steep 10 minutes;
  3. Strain
