Hoarseness is the term often used by singers to describe changes in their voice quality.When hoarse, the voice may sound raspy, strained, or there may be changes in volume or pitch.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Malva flowers (expectorant)
  • 1 ½ oz Mullein flowers (expectorant + astringent )

  To make:

  1. Use 2 tbs of mixture per 1 cup hot water.
  2. Steep 10 minutes;
  3. Strain
  4. Drink only 2 - 3 cups per day for just a few days.
